Stars and Royals Steal the Spotlight at Wimbledon 2025
One of tennis’ biggest annual tournaments has kicked off this week, and there have already been several sightings of celebrities and royals at Wimbledon 2025.
Wimbledon runs from 30 June until 13 July this year at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London, England.
And while spotting a celebrity among the crowds of thousands is made much easier thanks to the infamous Wimbledon royal box, a few still manage to sneak in unnoticed.

Dame Joanna Lumley
Dame Joanna looked comfy and chic in these leopard print pants, loose white shirt and flashy sunglasses. Perfect look for watching tennis while in a heatwave in London!

The Aussie actress was spotted around the grounds of Wimbledon in this stunning black dress with a summerly floral and lemon print. As an Australian, Isla knows how to dress for a heatwave and still look fabulous!
Princess Beatrice and Sarah Ferguson
The Duchess of York attended her first Wimbledon in 20 years alongside her daughter, Princess Beatrice. They were seated close to Sir David Beckham and his mother, Sandra Beckham. Beatrice was really enjoying the tennis and gave us some epic reaction shots!

The Duchess of York was seen speaking with British actor and star of the most recent season of The White Lotus , Jason Isaacs, who was seated near her in the stands.
Sir David Beckham and Sandra Beckham
The former footballer and newly minted Knight, Sir David Beckham, attended alongside his mother, Sandra. David was sporting a cast on his wrist and what looked like a broken finger.
Sandra has plenty of her own fans, thanks to her appearance in David’s recent documentary, Beckham . She spent some time speaking with Princess Beatrice, who was seated next to her.

The Irish singer, and former member of Boyzone and current judge on The Voice Australia attended with his wife, Australian television producer and brand ambassador, Storm Keating.
Chris O’Dowd and Dawn O’Porter
The Irish actor attended with his wife Dawn on day one of Wimbledon. He and Isla Fisher clearly had the same style idea as both sported lemons on their attire!
Lady Gabriella Kingston
Lady Gabriella attended the first day of Wimbledon with her friend Robert Denning. The two were making good use out of the portable fans as temperatures soared during the event.

The former world number 1 tennis player in women’s singles, Maria Sharapova attended the first day of Wimbledon in a demure demin midi skirt and sporty polo shirt.

British Elvis, aka Sir Cliff Richard, was seen on the second day of Wimbledon 2025 in a fabulous speckled waistcoat, stripey tie and white shirt. Perfect for dealing with the intense heatwave currently taking over London.

The Academy Award-winning actress was also spotted on day two of Wimbledon 2025. She was seated next to fellow Aussie actress, Rebel Wilson and her wife, Ramona Agruma.
Cate attended with her mother, June Blanchett. Both wore excellent patterned suits and looked effortlessly cool in the stands.
Daniel Ricciardo
Australian former Formula One (F1) driver Daniel Ricciardo attended Wimbledon with both of his parents!
Richard Osman
British television presenter, producer, and bestselling author Richard Osman was spotted in the stands as well at Wimbledon 2025. The film adaptation of his novel, The Thursday Murder Club , starring Dame Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan, is heading to cinemas later this year!
Leslie Mann
Actress Leslie joined the festivities with her filmmaker husband, Judd Apatow. She wore a gorgeous white lace skirt and cream blazer. The two also attended last year’s event.
Princess Michael of Kent
Princess Michael of Kent is married to Prince Michael of Kent, the grandson of King George V. She was previously an interior designer before switching to becoming an author. She has written many books on the various European royals.
Joanne Froggatt
British actress and star of Downton Abbey , Mobland (opposite Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren ) and new Netflix crime drama North Shore , Joanne Frogatt, joined the Lanson event at Wimbledon in a cool white pinstriped waistcoat linen ensemble.
John Cena, Shay Shariatzadeh and Dave Grohl
Actor and former wrestler John Cena attended day three with his wife, Shay Shariatzadeh. They were seated next to musician Dave Grohl and shared a lot of laughs as they watched the gameplay.
