Katy Perry almost made it the end of her marathon Aussie tour without any major stage malfunctions. Almost. During her penultimate show at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre , the pop superstar very nearly fell from a giant metal sphere above the stage. This week the 40-year-old added another somewhat unsettling moment to that list when a prop she was dangling in appeared to malfunction.
