Tammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski Confirm Split After 10 Years

Tammy Hembrow has announced her divorce after seven months of marriage to Matt Zukowski.

The influencer and fitness mogul took to TikTok to share with fans that she was “humiliated” and “heartbroken” with “no other option” but to end her marriage.”

“I wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce,” Tammy said on June 21. “I know a lot of you have been following my journey for years so I wanted to be open about it.”

“I feel like I’ve made not the best choices when it comes to relationships,” she continued. ”I feel like I’m really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or just getting swept up in it all.”

Similarly, the Love Island star Matt Zukowski shared a statement to his Instagram story, “It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate.

“Both of us have struggled with making this decision however; we need to do what is right for ourselves and her 3 children.

“This wasn’t a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten.

“We appreciate everyone’s support and space at this time as we navigate the split,” he finished.

Tammy Hembrow and Matt Sukowski made their relationship debut at the premiere of C*A*U*G*H*T in September 2023.

Their relationship came five months after Matt split from his on-again-off-again ex-partner Genevive, and nine months after Tammy split from her fiancé Matt Poole.

Despite appearing hand in hand at the Stan premiere – the couple have remained coy about their relationship, keeping tight-lipped when asked on the Red Carpet about details.

Matt revealed he was also in the process of removing one of his tattoos –  a heart tattoo on his bottom that featured the name of one of his ex-girlfriends, “Gen”.

Taking his  Instagram , the 29-year-old filmed himself at Chemist Warehouse purchasing numbing cream to ease the pain of the laser tattoo removal process.

Yes, the pair got married in November 2024, announcing their engagement a year prior in December.

The pair were married at the Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay.

In December 2023, Tammy took to Instagram to announce her engagement to Matt. The footage showed Matt getting down on one knee and proposing on a beach while the pair were on holiday in the Maldives.

“Never in my life have I felt so safe, so loved, so understood, so cared for. What a plot twist you were,” she captioned the post.

The post didn’t come as a complete surprise to fans, had spotted an engagement ring in a few earlier holiday snaps from Tammy.

Yes, the couple announced they are getting a divorce on June 22, with Tammy sharing a video to her Tiktok, and Matt posting on his Instagram stories.

Prior to this in November 2024, rumours were circulating, suggesting that the couple had split. However, Tammy took to Instagram to share pictures from her bachelorette party, promptly shutting the rumours down.

“Just call me Mrs Zukowski,” the influencer wrote, alongside a kiss mark emoji.

“Had the absolute best day with the best humans!!! No words. Feeling so incredibly blessed & I can’t wait to marry my human.”

Tammy’s engagement to Matt, marks her third time getting engaged. The 29-year-old was previously engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple announced their engagement in November 2021 and welcomed a daughter, Posy, before splitting in December 2022.

Tammy was also previously engaged to Reece Hawkins, the father of her two eldest children, Wolf, nine, and Saskia, seven, however, they split in 2018.
