A full recap of Farmer Wants a Wife 2025 (spoilers ahead):

Episode 19: The Reunion
A month after the farmers made their final decisions, they returned to where it had all begun.
Catching up, all five farmers admitted things had been tough once the cameras stopped rolling.
Farmer Thomas
First up, Farmer Thomas recounted his first date with Clare and how disappointed he had been when she left, leaving him “shellshocked”. He revealed that after the Spring Harvest Fest, he had caught up with her for “a feed and a beer”.
When asked if he had thought it was the right thing to do, he said that looking back, it hadn’t been, but at the time, he had needed closure.
“I was in the wrong and I was a bit naïve about how it would have affected her [Clarette],” he told Nat, revealing that he and Clare had still been texting, shocking everyone in the room. He had since blocked her and deleted her number.
Nat asked when he had known Clarette was the one for him. Thomas said he had realised it when he took her on a date to the beach. “I have found the love of my life,” he said.
Clarette had stayed on the farm for a couple more weeks, meeting Thomas’ parents, and he told the producers that they had accidentally called her Clare. “She took it well, but I corrected Mum straight away.” Awkward.
Thomas admitted that in the past month, he had been messaging Clare, but Clarette had forgiven him and still came to the reunion, telling Nat she had “definitely thought about” walking out on him. “It was a bit of a difficult situation,” she said, with Thomas confirming “there were zero feelings for Clare” and that the pair were still together. She is moving to South Australia and has a teaching job lined up.
Farmer Corey
Next in the hot seat was Corey. He reiterated how much he hadn’t wanted to do long distance, even though he had chosen Keeley, who, due to work commitments, couldn’t move to the farm for ten months. This left him “disappointed”, admitting the reality had been “quite brutal”. He nodded when Nat asked if it had made him question his decision.
“The reality set in, I guess. It has been a little while since Keeley was on the farm. It is a long‑distance relationship. It’s not ideal by any means. I can do long distance for a short amount of time – two to three months – but any longer than that, I really struggle. It felt like I was back where I started.”
Keeley had been hesitant to move to the farm due to her work as an optometrist and the limited opportunities in Biloela. They are still together and “madly in love,” with Keely saying the next few months would be long‑distance, and then, with any luck, she would move. “I think this farmer has definitely found his wife. This is going to work out long‑term for us.”
That was two happy couples out of five, with Jack next.
Farmer Jack
“Since the cameras stopped rolling, Sarah and I have had a great time together, but there were times I questioned whether we would work out long‑term,” he told Nat. The tension built when they were asked if they were happy to see each other after doing long‑distance between Queensland and Tasmania.
“I’ve looked into moving down in the next few months,” Sarah told Nat. “I do love Jack.”
When asked if he had found a wife, he replied, “Sarah, I am in love with you.”
Farmer Jarrad
The fourth in the hot seat was Jarrad, the first farmer to find love on the series, with Chloe. After the show, things hadn’t been easy, with Chloe confirming that trying to find time to see him was like “trying to milk a bull” (his words, not hers).
Unfortunately, they confirmed that they were no longer together, and Jarrad became emotional. Chloe said she saw him as a good mate, but “at this current time, our lives are on different timelines,” she told Nat. When asked if there was any chance for reconciliation, Chloe agreed, maybe in the future.
“At the end of the day, Chloe is an amazing person,” Jarrad said.
Farmer Tom
Finally, Farmer Tom ended up with Georgie after a tough decision choosing between her and Eliza. She decided to move to a house in Wagga, 25 minutes from the farm, instead of moving in together straight away, on her mum’s advice.
“I am definitely still crazy about Georgie – I just love her,” Tom said. “I might pop down on one knee soon.”
Four out of five couples this season isn’t bad!

Episode 18
The last farmer to choose a partner, Corey, kicked off the episode by weighing up his options before his date with Chloe.
“I felt like Chloe and I had the same values around family and relationships,” he told producers, but expressed that he wanted her to open up more.
Likewise, Chloe felt the same, crying as she described how special it was to see Corey meet her family. “I want you to know I’m all in,” she told him.
“I could definitely see a life outside of this for you and me,” he told her before they shared a kiss and a romantic night swim. He said it only made his decision harder.
The big day arrived, and both Chloe and Keeley told producers they were falling in love with him.
While he told Chloe she was really amazing, he ultimately chose to send her home.
When Keeley arrived, he told her it would be a risk choosing her because he wanted someone to move to Biloela to be his “rock”, but said it would be worth it.
“I have fallen in love with you, and that’s really exciting to hear,” Keeley told him.
“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t falling in love,” Corey said, looking toward marriage and kids. “I’m pretty confident in saying I’ve found my wife.”
The second half of the episode saw us catch up with previous contestants on the show.
Since the first series in 2007, they have helped 82 farmers find their soulmates . It had led to 10 weddings, nine long-term couples, and 27 babies.
2022’s Farmer Will in Victoria chose Jess. “We were made for each other. I knew that from the start. I am deeply in love with Jess.”
Visiting them on the farm showed the realities of life on the land. There were highs and lows, but he took her on a picnic to the spot where they were building a new house and proposed.
We then caught up with Farmer Brad from the 2023 season, who chose Clare to move back to the farm. He revealed they had a little boy named Roy, conceived before the show aired, and had another one on the way. “ Farmer Wants a Wife is the best thing that ever happened to me,” Brad told producers.
Farmer Matt from the 2023 season was next, ending up with Olivia. Since filming wrapped, they had had a baby – a boy named Henry. They revealed that behind the scenes, it wasn’t always easy, and after the season ended, it was tough, with social media comments getting to her.
“I didn’t know how cruel people could be,” she told Nat. Regardless, their relationship had gone from strength to strength.
From there, we went to 2022’s Farmer Harry’s farm. He had chosen Tess. After moving to the Gold Coast to be with her while she finished her studies, they were back on the farm.
The episode ended in Stanthorpe, Queensland, with Farmer David and Emily’s wedding. The pair met on the 2023 season and got married on the farm, the fourth generation to live there.
And that’s a wrap on the second-last episode!

Episode 17
The remaining farmers had to decide between their ladies, but first, they met the families.
Jack felt unsure about the distance between the farm and Sarah’s home in Cairns, while also lacking confidence in Olivia’s decision to have children.
Corey made his maiden voyage to the Victorian town of Romsey to meet Keely’s family. His main concern was her reluctance to move to the farm straight away. At the local pub, Corey met her parents, Roslyn and John, along with her uncle, a family friend, and her best friend, Vanessa.
The conversation quickly turned to work, and Keely said she wanted to continue working in optometry rather than on the farm.
Roslyn and John took Corey outside and asked him the tough questions – including how soon he’d want Keely to move. John voiced concern about the three-month timeframe.
Best friend Vanessa grilled him about cheating, and he assured her it would never happen, putting her mind at ease.
Keely later dropped a bombshell: she had a 12-month contract at her current job and debated telling Corey, knowing it could jeopardise her chances.
In Queensland, Farmer Jack travelled to Stanthorpe to meet Olivia’s family. He hadn’t seen her since they’d shared a kiss at the black tie event. He met her mum, Margiela, dad, Robert, and work colleagues Kirsten, Tennesse and Ben.
Robert said he needed to be sure any man wanting to claim Olivia’s hand was worth it. Jack admitted it had been a “wild ride” and revealed his mum had applied on his behalf because she wanted grandkids – equal parts cute and embarrassing.
Olivia’s boss, Kirsten, took Jack aside to find out more about what he wanted. Jack said he wouldn’t “push her” to leave her job as a vet to work on the farm. When Kirsten asked who would look after the kids, he said they’d share the load – if a little unconvincingly.
“Kirsten could see potential issues that could arise, so it was good to have her input,” he told producers.
Back in Romsey, Keely and Corey sat by the fire when she gave him a keyring and said, “You have the key to my heart,” before they shared a kiss. Then… she dropped the news about her work contract having at least another eight months to go. It didn’t go over well, with Corey saying he was “stuck between a rock and a hard place” and that the conversation should have happened earlier. The mood turned tense.
In Stanthorpe, Olivia and Jack toasted marshmallows, but it wasn’t long before the conversation returned to careers and kids. He asked what a fair split would be in raising children. Her response – 50/50 – hit the mark, and they shared a kiss.
Corey headed to Noosa in Queensland to meet Chloe’s blended family: mum Amanda, step-mum Katherine, dad Gary, and step-grandparents Carol and John. The party really got started when John used a knife to open a bottle of champagne.
Afterwards, Corey told producers he could definitely see himself being part of Chloe’s family. “I slotted in so easily, they were so welcoming of me. It’s exactly what I’m looking for.” He got the tick of approval from the grandparents, though he had a tougher time winning over Chloe’s mum and step-mum.
In Queensland, Jack arrived in Cairns. His biggest concern? The distance and how hard it would be for Sarah to move to Tasmania.
Jack met her mum, Robyn, her best friend Amy, and her other friend Naomi. The grilling started quickly. It became clear that Sarah’s ties to Cairns were strong, as her friends voiced concerns about her moving for a guy.
That night, Sarah used their date to express her feelings and her fears about being alone and away from her support network in Tasmania. They ended the night with a kiss by the pool.
Decision day arrived for Jack. While the logistics of being with Sarah still worried him, and Olivia’s uncertainty about children lingered, it looked like he might choose Olivia. But in the end, Sarah won Farmer Jack’s heart.
“You’re a risk, but a risk I’m willing to take,” Jack told her.

Episode 16
With the finale firmly in our sights, episode 16 was full of drama.
Kicking off with dinner at Jack’s place, he still has Sarah, Olivia, Hayley and Monique on the farm.
“I’m not going to keep anyone around who I don’t see a future with,” he told producers.
Olivia takes him aside to tell Jack how she feels after their 24-hour date. Jack asks her for confirmation about having kids, as it’s “not something he can compromise on.”
The mood is a bit… awkward. But ultimately, Olivia decides she can see kids in the picture if she does move to the farm. They share a stilted hug.
Monique goes for a chat with Jack, although he ultimately sends her home in an amicable goodbye.
As the farm stays end, the farmers head to the city with their remaining girls for a black tie dinner.
‘Honesty’ is the theme of the night, and Nat says, “tough questions will be asked, and the truth may hurt.”
While Jack and Corey are out on a boat in Sydney Harbour, Corey confesses he is torn between Chloe and Keely.
The girls get together, and Sarah tells Chloe she is the only one who has a romantic connection with Jack, as they have shared a kiss.
As everyone arrives at the black-tie dinner, the compliments for the girls are rolling in, although the drama begins as soon as everyone is seated. Everyone on both tables was confused about the order of cutlery to use, but after that was out of the way, the truth bombs started to drop.
When Jack is asked by Sarah if he finds his connections with the three ladies quite different, he said rather diplomatically that all the girls offer different things.
Tension is mounting as Sarah says, “I think I do have a stronger connection with Jack because we’ve had that romantic and physical connection. Does that make you girls feel any particular way?”
Hayley doesn’t take the bait. Nor does Olivia. Jack says, “It’s going to be a bit of a rough night,” and he wasn’t wrong.
The tense mood continues at Corey’s table. Chloe says she took “a step back” after receiving “negative feedback about her personality.”
Back on Jack’s table, difficult questions are being asked. Sarah admits she feels threatened by both Olivia and Hayley. Olivia goes straight in and asks why he hasn’t kissed her or Hayley.
“I’ve done what I felt was right at the time,” Jack says. When Hayley asks Sarah if she would be okay with the other girls kissing Jack, she says she would be upset. “Everyone needs to focus on their connection with me,” Jack tells them.
Farmer Corey turns his attention to Keely, asking her why she thinks she’s a better match for him.
“I think I complement a lot of your more outgoing traits,” she said. Chloe fires back, asking Corey which girl he thinks will fit in better with his lifestyle before jumping in to list her best qualities, saying she would be a “better match” for him.
Things get equally as awkward for Jack. Sarah asks Olivia if she is just telling Jack what he wants to hear on the kids’ front. “I didn’t know that your answer had changed from what you originally said to what you’re telling Jack now.” Olivia says she just wants to be sure she’s with the right person first, and Hayley backs her up by saying she’s a “very smart woman.”
To help Jack decide which girl to send home, he asks Olivia to step out for some time alone. Jack tells her he likes her approach to relationships. She confesses her growing feelings, and they share a kiss. “Our connection has grown,” Jack tells producers.
Ultimately, though, he sends Hayley home. She takes the news really well. The remaining girls are relieved with Jack saying he is leaving the night on a positive note and closer to “finding a partner.”

Episode 15
During Episode 15, Thomas broke up with Laura and Rachael.
“There’s a lack of chemistry… And my heart is with someone else,” he told Laura.
“I have strong feelings for Clarette and I want to see where they can go,” he told Rachael.
Both Laura and Rachael took the news well; they wished him and Clarette well.
Rachael actually joked, “I bloody better get an invite to that wedding.”
Thomas then professed his love to Clarette.
“We’ve had our ups and downs but we’ve managed to get through them strong… I can be myself around you and you laugh at my bad jokes,” Thomas told her.
“You’d make the most beautiful wife and mother. Clarette, I love you,” he continued.
“I love you too,” Clarette said before kissing her Farmer (find out if they’re still together here ).
Meanwhile, Corey and Jack went on their 24 hour solo dates with Keeley and Olivia.
Both dates had awkward moments to say the least.
For instance, Keeley got “offended” and “upset” when Corey asked her, “When times get tough on the farm, you’re not gonna leave?”
“It’s really hard to hear that that’s maybe how I come across,” she said.
The two also couldn’t see eye to eye on moving to the farm.
Corey wants whoever he picks to be his ‘wife’ to move to the farm immediately, whereas Keeley said she’d realistically need three to six months to “tie things up.”
As for Jack and Olivia’s date, he was not impressed when she admitted that she isn’t 100 per cent sure whether she wants kids…
The day after the solo dates, both Corey and Jack had to send someone home.
Feeling nervous about the elimination, Jadee pulled Corey aside and told him, “I think you’re someone I’d love to experience life with… I’d love to be here and would pack up and move here in a heartbeat.”
She went on to admit that she was falling in love with him.
Ultimately, though, Corey sent her home.
“I am shocked that it’s me. I did really picture myself in this life, but obviously Corey didn’t,” Jadee told producers, holding back tears.
Corey later admitted to producers that he wasn’t sure whether he made the right decision or not…
Episode 14
The first half of Episode 14 was dedicated to Thomas, Corey and Jack’s solo dates with Clarette, Chloe and Hayley.
Thomas took Clarette for a picnic on the beach, and it went well, to say the least.
“I’m definitely falling for Clarette,” Thomas told producers.
Corey and Chloe enjoyed a day of caving and then had a candlelit dinner in one of the caverns.
It ended with the two passionately kissing.
And Jack and Hayley had a lowkey dinner on the farm.
Jack told producers he had a good time with Hayley but when she went in for a kiss at the end of the night, he pulled away.
It was painfully awkward to watch.
The second half of Episode 14 was dedicated to the ladies (or most of the ladies) meeting the Farmer’s respective families.
Clarette – and only Clarette – met Thomas’ uncle, Tom.
At the end of the day, Uncle Tom clearly liked Clarette and told Thomas to go for it.
It honestly looks like Thomas will pick her as his ‘wife’ in the next episode.
Meanwhile, Chloe, Keeley and Jadee all met Corey’s parents, and Hayley, Sarah, Olivia, and Monique all met Jack’s parents.
During these meetings, Natalie revealed a 24 hour date with Corey and a 24 hour date with Jack was up for grabs and the families’ will pick which ladies get the dates.
Chloe also privately told Corey’s mum that Keeley is a “jealous” person.
Ultimately though, Corey’s family picked Keeley for the 24 hour date, and Jack’s family picked Olivia.

Episode 13
Episode 13 kicked off with Thomas’ ladies waking up and realising the Farmer never returned after driving away at the end of the last episode. None of them were sure when, or if, he’d return.
Meanwhile, Keeley spoke to Corey about the whole Annabelle debacle and thanked him for ‘having her back.’
And Jack put his ladies to work again, asking them to help milk his cows.
The episode then cut to the next day: the day of the Annual Country Ball.
Initially, it looked like Thomas wasn’t going to turn up. But he did, telling producers he hopes his ladies forgive him.
Before the festivities of the ball commenced, Natalie revealed that another solo date was up for grabs and each Farmer would have to pick a lady for this date by the end of the night.
After a seriously dramatic Episode 12, only a few things of note happened in this episode.
For starters, Jarrad and Chloe made an appearance at the country ball (and yes, we all had to suffer through a musical performance from Jarrad).
Both Jarrad and Chloe said they were very happy together in the episode – but we know that the two have since split since filming wrapped.
Jess also confronted Thomas about their connection not being as strong as the connections he has with Clarette and Rachael.
The 32-year-old then candidly said that she doesn’t want to vie for his attention anymore and decided to leave the show.
“I definitely came here for love… But in this case, it wasn’t [Thomas],” Jess told producers.
And finally, Chloe wanted to “test the chemistry” with Corey, so she took him away from the ball so they could sneak a few kisses.
As for who each Farmer chose for the next solo date, Thomas chose Clarette, Corey chose Chloe, and Jack chose Hayley.
Episode 12
In Episode 12, Annie became rather concerned. Why? She’s never had a solo date with Corey.
“I can certainly see Corey is building stronger connections with the other ladies… I need to talk to him and see where he’s at,” she told producers.
And so, after Corey and his ladies spent the day playing footy, Annie pulled him aside.
The farmer reassured her that she’s still very much in the running for his affections.
But during the night, Annie noticed Keeley wasn’t in her bed or anywhere for that matter.
She quickly came to the conclusion that Keeley must’ve been in Corey’s bed.
And so, the next day at dinner, when Corey took Chloe for a private chat, Annie confronted Keeley about not being in bed.
Things got a little heated and Keeley denied ever being in Corey’s bed.
“I think that’s a very unfair insinuation on me,” she said.
When Corey and Chloe came back, he could immediately tell something had happened in his absence.
Annie ended up sharing her concern but Corey swiftly shut her down, saying Keeley was definitely not in his bed the previous night.
Then Annie and Keeley swapped a few snide remarks and Annie ended up leaving the table, crying.
Corey followed her and comforted her.
But Annie ultimately decided to leave the farm. “I’m gonna go,” she said through tears.
She then explained that she doesn’t think she’ll ever be able to build a romantic connection with Corey considering how little time he’s spent with her in comparison to the other ladies.
As she left, Annie told producers that while she was happy to leave, she was unhappy that she ended up being the “scapegoat” for Keeley not being in bed…
Meanwhile, Hayley, Olivia, and Monique arrived at Jack’s farm.
The new farmer wasted no time and put the ladies to work.
“This is a good way to get a gauge of their character,” Jack explained.
The next day, he treated them to a more enjoyable activity: go-karting.
It went well, and nothing of real note happened; after all, it is early days for Jack and his ladies.
In a stark comparison, drama erupted on Thomas’ farm.
At first, everything was fine.
The farmer and his ladies enjoyed a beach day, during which Thomas and Laura had a rather candid but sweet chat.
She asked, considering that she came in later than the other ladies, whether or not she still has a chance for his heart. He said she does.
“I felt super comfortable with Laura… She’s a fun, energetic lady,” Thomas then told producers.
But when they all returned to the farm, Thomas received a text from Claire – who left Farmer Wants a Wife of her own accord in Episode 4.
Apparently, the text read, “I’ve been thinking about you.”
Not wanting them to find out another way, Thomas decided to immediately share this information – off-camera – with Clarette and Rachael.
Because it went down off-camera, we’re not sure how the conversation went but oh, boy was the aftermath dramatic.
Thomas apologised to Clarette and Rachael, and stressed that he has no feelings whatsoever for Claire.
Rachael was clearly upset but remained level headed, hearing Thomas out.
Whereas Clarette was livid.
“You keep doing things and then asking for forgiveness, and I’m over it,” she said before adding:
“You obviously want contact otherwise you would’ve [blocked Claire’s number] by now,” and “I wouldn’t usually put up with this so why would I put up with it now?”
Ultimately, Clarette asked to read all of the texts Thomas and Claire have ever shared.
He initially hesitated but then obliged, reiterating that he has no romantic feelings for Claire as he handed over his phone.
After having a look, Clarette angrily said, “Look how many messages there are, you f**king prick!”
She stormed off to her room while Thomas got in his ute and drove away from the farm.

Episode 11
Episode 11 began with Farmer Thomas and Farmer Corey going on their respective solo dates.
Thomas went on a scenic flight with Rachael , and Corey went kayaking with Keeley.
Both dates were rather successful.
There were kisses all round, and Corey even admitted to Keeley, “It feels right when I’m around you.”
We were then introduced to a new Farmer: Jack.
The 26-year-old revealed that his past relationship ended because the woman in question didn’t want to move to his farm and he’s hoping Farmer Wants a Wife will help him find someone who is willing to move.
Jack then went on speed dates with eight new ladies: Sarah, Hayley, Olivia, Monique, Chelsea, Eva, Rebecca, and Samantha.
He hit it off especially with Sarah and Hayley.
Jack and Sarah bonded over their taste of music (Kenny Rogers) and love of karaoke.
And Jack and Hayley realised they went to the same school; how serendipitous!
At the end of the speed dates, Natalie told Jack that he could bring five of the eight ladies back to his farm.
But Jack – not wanting to waste anyone’s time – said he only wanted to bring back four: Sarah, Hayley, Olivia, and Monique.
Like the other farmers way back in the first episode, Jack was then allowed to bring one girl back to the farm 24 hours earlier than the others. He chose Sarah.
Meanwhile, Corey decided to give out a solo date to whoever did the best farm work; it was Jadee.
The two had a great dinner date, talking about whether Jadee would be open to moving to the farm (she is).
On Thomas’ farm, Clarette stole the farmer away from the other ladies and reiterated that she finds it hard watching him go on dates with the others. She then kissed him.
However, Thomas was quick to tell producers, “Clarette makes me feel real comfortable… But I’ve got that strong friendship with Rachael so I’m a bit confused now.”
The episode ended with Jack and Sarah going on their first date.
Jack set up a picnic, complete with fairy lights and sushi, for Sarah.
He deliberately got sushi – despite never having it before himself – because of Sarah’s “love of Japanese culture.”
This was a reference to how the two bonded over karaoke during their speed date.
Jack also presented Sarah with a jewellery box that he made specially for her. The two kissed, and that was Episode 11.

Episode 1 0
Episode 10 picked up right where Episode 10 left off; the honesty dinners at Corey’s farm and at Thomas’ farm were still underway.
On Corey’s farm, Chloe asked the ladies why there were so many pointed questions for her. They all said it was not intentional for her to be singled out.
And Jadee ended up leaving the table in tears, because she felt like all of the questions aimed at Chloe allowed Corey to get to know her better and improve their connection, and she didn’t get that same chance.
Meanwhile at Thomas’ farm, Clarette asked Thomas for a private word and confronted him about the “jealous” comment. She then made it clear that she was not happy he couldn’t name any positive non-physical qualities about her.
Once Clarette had finished speaking her mind, Thomas simply said, “Sorry.” She instantly forgave him (??? It was a little too sudden) and they kissed.
The next day, Natalie asked Corey and Thomas to introduce their ladies to their friends. She then revealed that at the end of the day, the friends would choose who gets the next respective solo date with Corey and Thomas.
During the get togethers, Corey’s friends interrogated Keeley, Jadee and Annie, one by one. And they were all asked if there’s “any drama” in the house.
Keeley and Jadee artfully dodged the question, saying it’s not their place to say anything. Annie, on the other hand, threw Chloe under the bus.
Then one of Corey’s mates took Chloe aside and boldly asked her about her “strong personality.” She kept her cool and said anyone who’s described her negatively is likely jealous.
Ultimately, Corey’s friends chose Keeley for the solo date.
Nothing of real note happened when Thomas’ ladies met his friends, but they picked Rachael for the next solo date.
Unsurprisingly, Clarette was disappointed. “It’s hard knowing Thomas will be spending more time with Rachael,” she told producers.
While all of this was going down, Tom met Georgie’s family and then Eliza’s family.
Georgie’s mum really questioned (read: grilled) Tom. It was clear she isn’t too keen on Georgie moving to Tom’s farm if she’s picked to be his ‘wife’.
But Georgie privately reassured Tom that she’s happy to move to his farm.
In a stark contrast, Eliza’s mum was very welcoming and got on quite well with Tom.
Episode 10 ended with Tom making his choice.
First, he broke it off with Eliza.
“I’m sorry Eliza, but I’ve fallen for someone else,” he said through tears.
Eliza stayed composed and hugged him goodbye. But as she walked away, she started to fall apart. “I feel a bit heartbroken,” she told producers.
Tom then professed his love to Georgie.
“I’ve fallen real hard and fast for you Georgie. I’m totally in love with you,” he said. The two then embraced.
Find out if they’re still together here .

Episode 9
In Episode 9, each farmer and their respective ladies undertook a ‘compatibility test.’
There was a little friction during Corey’s compatibility test; Chloe joked she was honest throughout the test, inferring that the others weren’t.
And Jadee took particular offence to this comment and told her to “watch the digs”.
After the tests were complete, each farmer went on a solo date with whomever he thought he was most compatible with.
Tom chose Georgie, Corey chose Chloe, and Thomas chose Rachael.
Tom and Georgie shared a kiss on their date as did Corey and Chloe, and Thomas and Rachael.
Thomas and Rachael’s was particularly sweet; they kissed while dancing in the rain. As Thomas said, it was a “rom-com moment”.
While the three couples were out on their dates, Eliza told producers that she was upset she wasn’t chosen by Tom and she’s not sure where she actually stands with him.
And the day after the dates, Clarette asked Thomas for a private walk and reiterated that she’s got strong feelings for him.
Then that night, there was an ‘honesty dinner’ on each farm. Essentially, everyone was allowed to anonymously submit questions ahead of time and everyone was expected to answer these questions honestly during the dinners.
Chloe came under FIRE during the honesty dinner on Corey’s farm.
She was asked if she thinks she’s disrespectful to the other ladies, she was asked if she kissed Corey on her solo date with him, she was asked if she thinks her “strong personality” clashes with Corey’s “softer personality,” and she was asked if she could be a farmer’s wife with no prior farming experience.
This last question caused Chloe to crack and she cried while answering. Corey then asked to see her alone.
The other ladies became furious that she got more one-on-one time but Corey was simply comforting Chloe.
At the honesty dinner on Thomas’ farm, he was the one being put under the pump.
He was asked what non-physical qualities he liked about Clarette; a question he struggled to answer. She was unimpressed.
Thomas was also asked what his favourite and least favourite thing about each lady is.
And when Thomas said “jealousy” was his least favourite thing about Clarette, she was once again unimpressed.
“I wasn’t happy about being branded as ‘jealous,’” she told producers.
Meanwhile, still unsure about Tom’s feelings, Eliza asked Tom for a private chat midway through their honesty dinner.
“It’s been awhile since we’ve had a chat,” Tom said. Eliza replied that’s exactly the reason she pulled him away from the group.
She then ended up asking, “Do you actually want me here?”
Tom reassured her, saying that he likes her a lot.
“I’ve been really enjoying your company… And you’re definitely here for a reason.”
When Tom returned from his chat with Eliza, Emily asked to speak with him alone.
She ultimately decided to leave as the compatibility test and honesty dinner made her realise that her connection with Tom isn’t that strong.
After she left, Tom took a moment alone to reflect.
He then returned to the dinner table and dropped a bombshell.
“I feel like everyone’s been so honest and open with me, I should be honest with you,” he began. “If I am to be honest, Mady, the connection’s not strong enough… So I think it’s best if we part ways as well.”
She was upset but understood.
We’re of the opinion that he should’ve told her that alone, but what’s done is done.
Episode 8
This episode kicked off with all of the original ladies voicing that they feel a little intimidated by the new ‘intruder’ ladies.
This feeling was then amplified when it was announced that all three farmers had to go on dates with their new ladies.
Thomas had a good time with Laura, Jess and Tayla. Sparks definitely flew between him and Laura.
And Corey had a great time with Annie and Chloe.
“These girls are giving the girls back home a run for their money… I, for the life of me, can’t figure out who’s going home [at the next elimination],” he told producers.
Whereas, Tom didn’t feel a spark with newcomer Tijan while on their date.
And so, the next day during the fifth elimination of the season, it wasn’t surprising that Tom sent home Tijan.
Thomas and Corey had a tougher time trying to decide who to send home.
Ultimately, Thomas didn’t send anyone home, saying he needed more time with every single one of his ladies.
Clarette was not impressed with his decision.
As for Corey, he sent Chelsea home.
She took the elimination well and told Corey, “It’s okay.”
However, she lost it while talking to producers.
“I’m shocked. I didn’t see this coming… This really, really hurts,” Chelsea said with tears streaming down her face.
“I was starting to develop feelings and I thought we had a really good connection.”

Episode 7
Kicking off with a bang, Episode 7 started with all of the Farmers posing for a charity calendar.
Tom stripped right down and posed with sheep fur covering his private parts.
Thomas wore nothing but RFS gear (meaning he was shirtless).
Whereas Corey kept things G-rated and just wore his normal clothes.
While the photoshoot was going on Clarette GRILLED Ellen about her recent date with Thomas.
Did she kiss Thomas on their date? Who initiated the kiss? Was it a good kiss? The questions just kept coming.
After the shoot, everyone headed to the Harvest Festival. Here, Thomas confessed to Corey and Tom that he’d been in touch with Claire.
He texted her after she left the farm, wishing her all the best, and the two texted a few times since then.
Furthermore, Thomas met up with Claire right before the Harvest Festival outside of the show.
Clarette was rather upset when she found out, asking producers, “Why would you want to catch up with someone who didn’t want to be here?”
To make matters worse, Natalie brought in twelve new ladies, four for each farmer.
She then told the men they can only bring five ladies each back to their respective farms.
Ellen decided to go home before Thomas made his decision.
“There’s no point in me staying if he doesn’t feel anything… I feel like we don’t have a strong enough of a connection for things to progress,” she told producers.
Thomas looked heartbroken when Ellen told him she wanted to leave but he took it well.
“I appreciate you being honest… You’re an amazing lady. You’ve probably made me a bit better as a person,” he told her.
Ellen then asked if Thomas could not pick her as one of the five to go back to the farm. He agreed.
Meanwhile, Tom spoke to Emma in private and broke it off with her.
Emma was clearly upset but was a good sport about it.
“If you don’t feel it, I’m glad you’re telling me now,” she said.
Tom then practically ran away from her without so much as a hug or kiss on the cheek. It was painfully awkward.
A car then came and collected Emma. Tom semi-redeemed himself by hugging her goodbye right before she got in.
At this point, Thomas realised Clarette is next-level angry about him meeting up with Claire.
And so, he gave her flowers and apologised.
Thomas then explained, “I only caught up with her for closure and as a friend… I was probably a bit naive and didn’t realise it would hurt you as much as it did.”
Initially, Clarette was not responsive to his apology and explanation.
But after Thomas said he’d “do anything” for her to forgive him and stay on the farm, she kissed him.
The episode ended with each Farmer making his decision.
Corey invited his original three – Keely, Jadee and Chelsea – back to the farm as well as newcomers Annie and Chloe.
After asking Emma to leave, Tom invited Georgie and Eliza back to the farm as well as newcomers Mady, Tijan, and Emily.
And honouring Ellen’s request, Thomas invited Clarette and Rachael back to the farm as well as newcomers Laura, Jess and Tayla.

Episode 6
In Episode 6, each of Thomas, Corey and Tom’s ladies were asked to come up with a date idea.
Then each Farmer had to choose his favourite date and go on it; the catch being that the Farmers didn’t know who came up with what idea.
Ultimately, Thomas chose Ellen’s date idea, Corey chose Jadee’s date idea and Tom chose Emma’s date idea.
Clarette was very annoyed that her date idea wasn’t picked.
“It’s hard to see Thomas and Ellen go on a date… Obviously, it does hurt,” she told producers.
But Thomas was none the wiser…
And all three dates went very well; in fact, all three couples shared a kiss!
Meanwhile, Jarrad met Ash’s family and Chloe’s family.
And after doing so, the young Farmer knew who he wanted to be with: Chloe .
“I love how you push me to want to be a better man and I’m falling for you, and I do hope you are ready to catch me because I would be honoured to have you by my side,” Jarrad confessed to Chloe.
The couple then embraced and officially ended their Farmer Wants a Wife journey.

Episode 5
In Episode 5, all of the Farmers went on solo dates; Thomas with Clarette, Corey with Chelsea, Tom with Georgie, and Jarrad with Ash.
All of the dates went pretty well; Corey and Chelsea, Tom and Georgie, and Jarrad and Ash all shared a few kisses on their respective nights out.
But Thomas was still upset about Claire’s recent departure (she left of her own volition in Episode 4).
However, by the end of his date, he realised that he put all of his “eggs in one basket” with Claire and now needs to give Clarette and the other women a chance.
At the end of the solo dates, all of the Farmers were asked to send someone home.
Corey sent home Hunter and Jarrad – in a shocking twist – sent home both Hunter and Bri.
Whereas, Thomas and Tom refused to send anybody home.

Episode 4
In Episode 4, all of the Farmers and their respective ladies attended Goulburn’s Annual Rodeo.
But before everyone could rush off and have a fun, stress-free evening, Natalie revealed that by the end of the night, each Farmer had to choose a lady for a solo date.
This immediately sent most of the women into a panic; they all wanted to ensure they were picked for the date.
We say most, as Claire was instead struggling with whether or not to leave Farmer Wants A Wife altogether.
“I’m questioning if Thomas is the one for me,” Claire told producers.
Ultimately, Claire made up her mind and privately broke the news of her departure to Thomas.
The 35-year-old was very upset.
“To be honest, it hurts a fair bit,” he said with tears welling.
Aside from Claire leaving, the other things of note that happened in this episode were Corey kissing Chelsea AND Keeley, and Thomas kissing Clarette (in case you’re wondering, the kiss happened before Claire left).
And finally, at the end of the night, Tom chose Georgie for the solo date (to Emma’s dismay), Corey chose Chelsea, Jarrad chose Ash, and Thomas chose Clarette.

Episode 3
Episode 3 kicked off with the remaining ladies arriving at the farms.
And all four farmers got them straight to work!
“I’m actually looking for a wife, not a farm hand… But they have to get involved a bit,” Tom explained.
Then that night, Natalie texted all of the farmers with an update: they must each pick two ladies for a double date, and then one of those two will be sent home.
This, unsurprisingly, made all of the ladies a little bit nervous.
Well, almost all of the ladies.
Less than 24 hours after arriving at the farm, Bridget and Emmie both decided to leave.
A crew member implored them to at least say goodbye to Farmer Tom, but they declined.
We’re still not sure why both Bridget and Emmie left, but Tom took the news rather graciously.
And his remaining ladies — Eliza, Emma and Georgie — were ecstatic as they were safe from the double date elimination.
As for the other farmers, Corey chose Hunter and Rosie, Jarrad chose Maneesha and Bri, and Thomas chose Nat and Clarette for the double dates.
Rosie ended up crying on her double date because she felt very overwhelmed. Corey comforted and reassured her, though; it was actually very sweet.
But later that night, before the elimination, Corey asked Hunter for a private chat. Which led to Rosie leaving the group and having another cry.
Once she composed herself, she returned and privately told Corey she was leaving.
“I can’t fall in love this way,” Rosie said.
In comparison, Jarrad and Thomas’ double dates were pretty uneventful.
And ultimately, Jarrad sent home Maneesha, and Thomas sent home Nat.
We will say that just before the elimination, Clarette asked for a private chat with Thomas.
Once they were alone, she asked if physical attraction was important to him.
And in response, Thomas just upped and kissed Clarette; it was quite a long, passionate kiss too!

Episode 2
The speed dates continued in Episode 2.
And after they were done, Farmer Tom sent home Katie, Kaitlin, and Natalie. Furthermore, Farmer Jarrad sent home Ella, Holly and Imogen.
Then, all four farmers were given the chance to have a 24-hour solo date with a lady of their choosing.
Thomas chose Claire, Jarrad chose Chloe, Tom chose Eliza, and Corey chose Keely.
And multiple kisses were shared!
Thomas and Claire stole a kiss at the end of their date, which Thomas described as the best date he has “ever had.”
Tom and Eliza also smooched at the end of their date.
And shortly after, Tom told producers, “There could be some love blossoming there for sure.”
Corey and Keeley locked lips during their date, too.
“I’m feeling a little bit smitten with Farmer Corey… He’s a good kisser,” Keeley told producers afterwards.
Jarrad and Chloe did not kiss. Although they definitely had a great date.
As a callback to their speed date, Jarrad cooked Chloe a steak with pepper sauce.
He then played her a song he wrote.
And while it was cringy to us, Chloe loved it.
“Jarrad playing his guitar is something I could definitely get used to,” she told producers.
Maybe we’re cynical…

Episode 1
Episode 1 really just set the scene for what’s to come.
We meet this year’s Farmers: Thomas, Corey, Tom and Jarrad.
And we meet the — for lack of a better word — contestants. All of whom are sick of “city boys” and want to settle down with a countryman.
The Farmers then went on speed dates with every single contestant.
Farmer Thomas seemed to have a real spark with Clare; he even told FWAW producers that she was one of his “favourites”.
Whereas, Farmer Jarrad had an awkward encounter with Brianna.
When Brianna told Jarrad she was from Coffs Harbour, he excitedly exclaimed he had family there.
She asked who, and he said, “The Page family.”
“I’m a Page,” Brianna replied. Oof.
Thankfully, there’s no potential for a ‘kissing cousins’ moment in the future as, after further investigation, Jarrad and Brianna confirmed they’re not related — there are just two Page families in Coffs…
In the final moments of the episode, both Thomas and Jarrad had to choose which ladies to bring back to their respective farms and which ladies to say goodbye to.
Ultimately, Millie, Jamie, Ellie, Sophie, Edwina, and Ashleen were sent home .
